Happily Ever After with Caz

Hello again, I'm back from my holidays and suitably refreshed so I thought I'd share my take on the current theme, hope you like it.

Good morning my lovely crafty friends, it's Sunday and as you read this I am on holiday in Cornwall or at least I hope I am!

We're still in holiday mode on the blog so not too many entries but I'm sure you'll be back with us once children are back in school and hubbies away to work but many thanks to those of you who have joined in, you are a very clever bunch and Sue will be choosing her top three in readiness for the next time.

Jocelyn has chosen her top three for Quilted Fun so here they are and you know what to do Linby, email us to claim your prize.

Linby, entry No. 2

I love the embossed quilting on this card - great idea! I'm a 'cat person' so agree with the sentiment. I love the die cut word birthday too.

Pamela, entry No. 6

Another great quilt design. I love the simplicity of this. Great colours and a fabulous design. Again this one is embossed and I think it gives a wonderful effect - just wish I'd thought of that!

Misty's Mum, entry No. 3

A lovely shaped card and a lovely quilted blanket for baby to snuggle in while being rocked to sleep. Very pretty card for a newborn.

Now onto this challenge and it was chosen by Caz as she is celebrating her anniversary with in a few days so must be in a romantic mood.  You always think of weddings but it could be a fairytale, or an anniversary so please do try to think of something and join us.

So there you have our versions of Happily Ever After and hopefully it will help kick start your imagination so you can join in with us.
Please link to your post and not your blog, I know we say this every week but we still have people who link to the blog which means we have to trawl through posts to find the entry at times.  Please, please use something from a CD somewhere in the making of your project and give the CD credit. We still get the odd entry that has not had a CD used in the making and although they are lovely to see they won't be considered for receiving any prizes on offer and the team will not visit to comment. We look forward to seeing you during the week and … please have fun, see you in two weeks!

  1. Thanks for picking me in your top 3 Jocelyn. Will have to try and join in with this theme as it's my wedding anniversary mid October and it would be nice to get a card made early for once LOL! I love the DT cards - grat inspiration as always.
