CD Sunday - 'Get Well Wishes ' - chosen by Sue

Good Morning. There is a lot to tell you this week so please bear with me and I will be as concise as I can.
Firstly thank you all for the wonderful entries into ‘All Creatures Great and Small’.  We are really thrilled to see so many of you - friends old and new.   Whilst Jocelyn is tossing and turning over her Top 3 here is Wynn’s Top 3 for her ‘Colour Challenge’.

Wow!!! We had some really colourful entries and lots of very different creations. Thank you to everyone who entered. This was truly a difficult decision but it's been made. So here goes.....the winner is...........

1.      Margaret
The colours are perfect for the challenge. The colourful knitting just did it for me and the ribbon matched the background beautifully.

2.     Pauline
A really beautiful card with lots of vibrant colours. The lanterns are so pretty.

3.     Lynn
Not a card this time but  something a bit different. A very colourful Easter basket full of brightly coloured eggs.
Well done Margaret.   Please don’t forget to let us have your details using the email address in the sidebar.  And Margaret, Pauline and Lynn - please all take the appropriate banner from the sidebar.

Secondly before this current challenge a little more about our forthcoming Birthday Celebration Challenge.  It will be next time – April 17th. (CD Sunday  was actually started on 18th April 2010).  We have gathered a plethora of prizes to give away and we will post photos together with all the details next time.  Just to repeat myself I will say that it will be the easiest of all of our challenges that you will have entered.

And now thirdly - as promised - our challenge chosen by  Sue – ‘Get Well Wishes’  - and here are the ideas from the team:

CD Sticks & Bones from Polka Doodle

Clip Art CD by Patsy May

Image and background Ooh La La  'Carnival of Colour'.
Sentiment  ' A Winter Walk in the Countryside' by Cupcake Crafting

Joanna Sheen House Mouse Volume One

We hope that you will join in with us, have fun, and don’t forget there is a prize to be won.  Please link to your post and not to your Blog.    Please, don’t forget to use something from a CD somewhere, however small, in the making of your card or project and give the CD credit. Entries that do not include the use of a CD, although welcome to see, will not be considered for the prize on offer and the team will not visit to comment.
We will be back in a couple of weeks with our Birthday Celebration Challenge and although Jocelyn will have chosen her Top three for ‘All Creatures Great and Small’ by then we are going to delay announcing who they are for a wee while. We don't want the Birthday Celebration to take away from the winners.

  5. Well done Margaret, hope you feel better soon. My OH has fibromyalgia so I know all too well how much worse it makes everything else you get feel.
A quick reply to Wynne's comment on my post - I can't add photos, or edit posts, properly on the iPad if I just go to the Blogger website, so I installed the Blogger app. I can add photos with that, but editing the text is clumsy and slow, and pasting links in is almost impossible. By switching about between the app and the web page, I managed to get my post together after a fashion, but I'm very glad my computer has just got home from "hospital" so I don't have to do it again!
