CD Sunday - PAWS - A SPONSORED CHALLENGE by SHARON DUNCAN

We are delighted to announce that for the next two weeks we have a challenge – ‘PAWS’ – sponsored by Sharon Duncan.  Sharon has very kindly offered a copy of her DVD called ‘PLAYFUL PUPS’ to the winner of the challenge.  The Design Team have all used something from the DVD in their samples but more about those in a moment.

*I don't normally add to this posting once the challenge has started but I wanted to say that there will be an extra prize which will be  awarded to the second place in the Top 3.  Sue-b (ex teamie) - who is the winner of my 'Things with Wheels' challenge - has generously said that as she has so much crafting 'stuff' would I please pass on her prize to someone else - so I am adding it to this challenge. The team will choose who it should be.*

Firstly thank you to those who entered Pamela's challenge 'Country Living' and Pamela will be back in a couple of weeks with her Top 3.
Secondly here is my Top 3 for my challenge 'Things with Wheels'.

I have chosen 3 that this time meant something personal to me. A bit strange I  know -  but they each connected to a memory.

1st -  Sue (sue-b)
A great modern card for a youngster and it reminded me of when I first started to try and play video games with my children. I loved Mario.

2nd - Seafield Jo
Another memory.  When I first started card making my favourites were Iris folding and Decoupage. This Iris Folding card is beautiful. Such an unusual subject and I loved the use of the ribbons instead of paper strips.

3rd - Jane Willis

I chose Janes' card because apart from it being a great card, I had used the same image some time ago -  differently of course - and it was fun to see how different they are. (Still have mine - planned for a great nephew in a couple of years)

Well done Sue. Please contact us with your details to claim your prize (email address in the side bar) and  together with Jo and Jane grab the appropriate banners – also from the side bar.

Here are the team’s thoughts on 'Paws'.  Sharon sent the team several folders and I think you will agree the team has shown a good variety of ideas.

So we are looking forward to seeing your ideas on 'Paws'. Now Sharon’s DVD 'PLAYFUL PUPS' is based on doggie paws but many other creatures have paws so there is plenty of scope.  Just have fun making something for us to see.
Also, please, please, do not forget to use something from a CD somewhere, however small, in the making of your card or project and give the CD credit. Entries that do not include the use of a CD, although welcome to see, will not be considered for the prize on offer.
Have fun.
