Good morning everyone. As promised here is our mid challenge posting to give you the Top 3 for the
last challenge which was ‘Vintage Love’ chosen by Jocelyn.
Here it is:

I love the soft colours Lisa has used in this design and the nice shape of the card.

A really pretty design with lots of layers that all go together so well.

Something a little different and I love the CAS feel of this design.
Congratulations
Lisa. Please contact us at cdsunday2@gmail.com to

So we will go straight on to the new challenge
which is my choice this time.‘Up, Up and
Away’. A good chance to create a man’s card which is what I did, and it has
gone to the husband of a dear friend. So here is my offering to start our creations:
We hope you enjoy looking at the teams designs and
that they will give you some ideas and inspiration.

have won a prize you have to claim it. Please include your name and address in
your email.
If you don’t have a
Blog you may still enter by sending your entry via email using the address
shown in the right hand sidebar or by posting a photo of your entry to the new
Facebook page - The CD Sunday Challenge. Please add your photo as a

Team may be able to see it and… pretty please… remember to tell us which CD you
have used. And above all have fun.
Please don’t forget to check next weekend when
we will be announcing Jocelyn’s Top 3.
The CD Sunday team have decided that instead of
making our challengers wait for two weeks for the Top 3 we will announce them
in between the challenges.
This means that in order to achieve this we are
announcing the Top 3 for Margaret’s ‘Winter in the Mountains’ challengetoday - as well as Wynn's - and the Top 3 for the current challenge
will be announced on the 25th February instead of waiting until 4th
March. So just for this coming week there will be two Top 3’s on display.
So here is Margaret’s Top 3 choice for her
challenge and Margaret wishes me to thank those who entered for the high standard of your cards:
1st. Seafield Jo
I really liked this card, the composition was lovely.
2nd. Linby
This was a lovely card and I could see the mountains in the background . I did like this card as a Christmas
card
3rd. Lisa
Another lovely card with a beautiful image.
Congratulations Jo. Please contact us at cdsunday2@gmail.com to claim your prize and
together with Linby and Lisa grab the appropriate logo from the side bar.
We will now see you next week for the new challenge
and the week after that for Jocelyn’s Top 3 for her ‘Vintage Love’.
Jocelyn has chosen a challenge that is very
suitable for the first two weeks of February. A golden opportunity for a Valentine
card for that someone special. We know that
there are quite a few CD’s out there that have some suitable vintage romantic images - but of course although the images don’t have to
come from a CD some other part of the card or project does.
Before we show the inspiration from the team we
must thank Margaret for her 'Winter in the Mountains' challenge and let you know Wynn’s Top 3 for her challenge ‘J’ is for……
1stAnne (Facebook entry)
This layout add lots of interest to the creation. A great use of the graphics programme.
2nd
Linby
Another great layout which highlights a beautiful scene of Japan
3rd Seafield Jo
Love the calendar idea and of course I couldn't resist as I was inspired
to use 'J' for my challenge as it was January!! Love the lace framing
of the image.
Congratulations Anne. I think you are our 1st
Facebook winner. Please contact us at cdsunday2@gmail.com to claim your
prize and together with Linby and Seafield Jo grab the appropriate logo from
the side bar.
