CD Sunday Plus - Challenge #120 - hosted by Carol

This is Challenge #120 – hosted by Carol - and, as always, is an Anything Goes Challenge, as long as either a CD, USB or digital download - or any combination thereof – has been used in the making of your project.  Please, please remember to state the source.    Also please remember that only 3 entries per challenge are permitted.

We have heard some more from Jo and we are delighted to say that she is hoping to join in with the team again for the next challenge.

I just want to say a couple more things.  Firstly I am sorry if I missed a couple of comments during the last week.  I have been having trouble with Google.

Secondly my mind is a bit elsewhere.   I am finding it difficult to leave the TV whilst the Ryder Cup is on.  I am a very keen ex golfer and I do miss it.   We did brilliantly all day but as they say - many a slip. Still a long way to go and this has to be published before we know the result. Perhaps this is to the good.

Here is the Top 3 for #118, chosen by Margaret:

1st No: 15 - Jan

I thought this card was beautiful. The colouring was outstanding and very well presented.

2nd No: 2 - Yvonne

This was a great card,  the strawberries looked so real and you could almost taste them.  Lovely card and very unusual.

 3rd No: 8 - Chrissy

I loved this card, the cute bear with the flower,  I just fell for this card, loved the image.  Must be the smile on his face that says it all.

Congratulations to our winners and please don’t forget to grab the appropriate banner from the side bar. Jocelyn will be here next time with her Top 3 for #119.

CD Sunday Plus - Challenge #119 - hosted by Jocelyn

This is Challenge #119 – hosted by Jocelyn - and, as always, is an Anything Goes Challenge, as long as either a CD, USB or digital download - or any combination thereof – has been used in the making of your project.  Please, please remember to state the source.    Also please remember that only 3 entries per challenge are permitted.

Jo has been allowed away on a break by her medics and is hoping that if all is well she will be joining us again in October. That is the plan.

We have heard from Jo and she confirms that all being well she will be with us again soon.

With all the tragic things that have been going on in the world around us in the last week or so, I am not really in a mind to make any fun or trite comments.  Just send love to everyone and hope that all are well.

Here is the Top 3 for #117, chosen  by Carol

1st   No:  4 - elizabeth h

I am just going to repeat what I said on the blog: 'What a fabulous and unusual image. Great card and thank you for sharing with us. I always love seeing new things'.

2nd  No: 18 - Yvonne

As above I cannot say more than I said on the blog: 'I have never seen a Steampunk elephant before. Fantastic. Quite amazing'.

 3rd  No: 19 - Meg

A beautifully presented card with wonderful colour tones.

Congratulations to our winners and please don’t forget to grab the appropriate banner from the side bar. Margaret will be here next time with her Top 3 for #118.

We hope that all are still well and looking forward to the end of the school break.  For those involved with children and grandchildren and…. dare I say great grandchildren … there will be more time for crafting.

Here is the Top 3 for #116, chosen by Pamela who says:

I had great fun choosing a Top Three for this challenge. There were lots of different techniques used, and a few new people entered including on Facebook.

1st No: 6 Carol Gill

Carol entered two cards in the one blog post and I couldn't choose between them so they're joint first!

2nd  The Facebook entry from Bonnie Kohane

This is so pretty. I like the colours used, the background and the flowers.

 3rd No: 4 Mynn

I loved this little duck! It's so cute and I like the addition of the pink ribbon.

Congratulations to our winners and please don’t forget to grab the appropriate banner from the side bar. I will be here will be here next time (in place of Jo) with my Top 3 choice for Challenge #117.
