CD Sunday - Bingo!

Good morning all, hope everyone is enjoying the olympics and the warm weather. I don't normally do sport but have been an avid watcher this time and enjoying every minute.

Last week we said farewell to our guest Claire and today we welcome a brand new guest, Michelle has joined in with our challenges and the team like what they see so asked if she's like to join us for a month and today is the start of her month, I hope you will go over to her blog and see the beautiful things she creates.  Michelle has written a bit about herself so I think it's best if I let her tell you more but we are really pleased she's with us.
It is a privilege to be asked to be a GDT for The CD Sunday Challenges.  Although I enjoy most mediums of cardmaking, cd's are my favourite.  I can spend hours cutting out decoupage.
From when I was around 5 years old, my Gran, who was very well travelled used to bring lots of postcards back with her and we would paste them into those huge old scrapbooks.   She taught me to knit and embroider.  My Mom taught me to sew but I did not succeed there!
I started making cards after making my daughter's wedding invitations which was a real labour of love because I live in England and she in Cape Town.  Samples were sent back and forth until she settled on "the one".   I then made her a scrapbook of her wedding and ended up with lots of inks and flowers etc. so decided to try my hand at cardmaking.   I also make patchwork quilts and jewellery (beads).  These seem to have taken a back burner though because I spend all my time making cards.  Thats the reason why I started my blog, just for challenge purposes, you might notice that I never write anything on it!

This week is the turn of our latest team member to chose the theme, Sue has only been with us a short while but you seem to like what she does so hopefully she'll be staying, she chose the theme of Bingo just to have a go at it. I do hope you'll all join us and give her your support and I hope you like what the team have done with their line selection.

As usual we will be starting with our guest Michelle, and we sent Michelle the wrong theme for this week so she had to do a rush job for this weeks card so thank you Michelle we are so glad you managed it.

So there we have the teams ideas and I think you will agree that there is such a vast amount of things you can do with a bingo card so I do hope you will join in and show us what you can do, just remember take a line from the card and use those items, make sure you tell us what cd you have used and which line you've chosen. Please link back to this blog in your post and no back linking.
