CD Sunday - Christmas is Calling

Good morning everyone, as I type this the sun is streaming in through the windows and everything feels great, unfortunately it also shows the bits of things like dust and the fact that the windows could do with another clean but that's a small price to pay.

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week, some stunning work as usual and some reminders for us to look at some of the older cd's we have in our collections.

This week as it's the beginning of yet another month, can it really be July already? We have another fab sponsor for you, this week we are being sponsored by the Stamping Boutique with the winner being able to choose three images from the many on offer.  If you haven't been to see what they do then I suggest you go on over, there are some lovely digis to choose from.

We have been given some digi's to play with and as you will see from the DT's samples we have all had a bit of fun with them.  We have been given a bio to share with you so you can get to know the team.

I'm Tracey Malnofski, the artist and owner of The Stamping Boutique.
My team and I are very happy to sponsor CD Sunday Challenge. My store has been open since September 2009.I am currently a stamp artist for Unity Stamp Co. and I've worked for InStyleStamps, Squigglefly, and TheDigiShack in the past. I'm a professional artist and an active member of the Artist' Guild in my community. I have quite a busy household with a husband, 3 teenagers, 5 mini-dachshunds and an Appaloosa mare. It's noisy, but I love them all. I'm truly blessed.
"The Stamping Boutique" is dedicated to quality products and original artwork. We not only provide wonderful digital images in our store, but also several lines of red rubber images. Our designers are chosen for their character and personality,as well as,
their beautiful designs. We work hard to give you our very best. Thank you so much for having us as your sponsor this week
.

Now as it's a new month we also have a brand new guest designer and I'm sure you will love the things she does so I will let her introduce herself to you.

Hello I'm Christine  and I feel honoured to be a guest DT for July. I have been cardmaking for about 7 years now after coming across C&C when I was looking for art channels. I thought this cardmaking looks like something I'd like to have a go at, so off I  went to hobbycraft to see what I could find to get me started and have a go.
It didn't take me long to get hooked, so from a small box of cardmaking items at the side of my chair it has progressed to my kitchen table being overtaken with craft stuff and meals having to be eaten on our laps on trays lol.  At the moment I do mainly cd cardmaking and really love the enormous variety of cds that are out there. I don't have one particular cd I favour as I love them all. I do keep telling myself that I'm not going to buy anymore as I have enough but the less said about that the better lol.
My other interests are drawing, painting and calligraphy ,  I'm trying to do more painting as I would like to use my paintings in my cards in the future.
I am looking forward to being a guest DT this month and know I will enjoy the experience and hope I do the team proud.
So now we hope you are raring to go and our samples will get you going, so we will start with our newest member Christine.
