CD Sunday - Weddings

Wendy has now made her choice for her Top 3 for our theme  'Purple Paradise.  A difficult choice again from all the great designs entered.

1st  - Kimbo
2nd - Tracey
3rd - Alli

Well done Kimbo.  Wendy has a little something for you so  please contact us via the email address above - and please all don't forget to take the logo from the sidebar.

We wish everyone Good Morning with the hope that today is the start of a wonderful week for all.
I have much to write about this morning so I had better get straight on with it.

First of all would Anne (Stargroves) please get in touch via our email (above) so that Caz can get your little prize off to you.  Thanks.

When we welcomed Sue (T) to our team we didn’t have a ‘bio’ to give you, so today we have remedied that, and here is ‘Sue’ - in Sue’s own words:
“Hi - my name is Sue, I'm 52 and I live in the North of Hampshire in the UK, along with my husband Steve of 33 years.
I have two grown up children Vicky 29 and Martin 26, Vicky lives with her partner and Martin still lives at home.
I've been crafting most of my life, starting with knitting and sewing, something that both my Mother and Grandmother taught me to do.  As I've got older I've tried lots of different crafts, some for a short time and some that have lasted longer.  I've been card making for about 10 years now.  I started with CD's and very quickly found myself buying stamps and ink pads to go with them. This is now my passion, although I do enjoy a good book, and like to travel when funds allow.”

Today we are delighted to welcome our Guest Design Team member for May – Gloria (Misty’s Mum).
Gloria has been entering our challenges for quite a while with her great creations and we were so pleased when our invitation to join us for May was accepted.  Even more special is the fact that Gloria celebrated her own marriage on April 25th and in her honour Sue T chose ‘Weddings’ as the theme for this – her first week.  Sue will be choosing her ‘Top 3’ later and it won’t be an easy task as I am sure that the choice of theme will be very popular.
There is no sponsor this month but please ‘watch this space’ as an old friend is returning to sponsor us in June.
So here are the team ‘Weddings’ specials and as always we start with our guest – and Gloria tells us that this is the card she made to give her groom.

I think you will agree that the cards are all very different.  An eclectic mix for your delight.

Just the usual things to remember -  please link to your post and not your blog, I know we say this every week but we still have people who link to the blog which means we have to trawl through posts to find the entry at times.  Please, please use something from a CD somewhere in the making of your project and give the CD credit. We still get the odd entry that has not had a CD used in the making and although they are lovely to see they won't be considered for receiving any prizes on offer and the team will not visit to comment.

Have a wonderful week and the team will see you on your Blogs.
