Hello everyone and welcome to another week at CD Sunday, it's been a while since I last posted and in my absence Carol has done a sterling job, keeping you entertained and busy with the challenges. I have enjoyed my little break and now Carol is taking a back seat again to enjoy her turn for just enjoying the challenges without the hassle of keeping us all in order, I hope you'll join me in saying a big thank you for all your hard work.
OK now onto this week and so much to get through, firstly I'd like to say thank you for being our guest last month Gloria, I'm not sure how you fitted everything in but we are glad you did and I'm sure that the team will want you to come back and join us again sometime.
We have a new guest this month and this time it's someone who isn't new to crafting but is fairly new to blogging and my how she has taken to it, Wynn is very lucky to live in somewhere warmer than us in the UK as she lives in Cyprus, lucky her eh? She has sent us a little bio so you can get to know her a bit better and this is what she has to say:
I have been interested in all things crafty for too many years to remember but card and papercrafting began when I moved to Cyprus almost 12years ago.
I live in a village near Paphos with my partner and soul mate,Terry. I have (grown-up) twins, a son and daughter and four delightful grandchildren.
My crafting here has lead me to cardmaking for the charity I support, which raises money for the Renal Unit at the local hospital.
I am also joint Group Leader for the Card and Papercraft Group of the P3A/U3A, here in Paphos. These are weekly meetings which run throughout the year. Each week a different
technique or craft tool or card shape is introduced to the group. So you can imagine how challenging that can bethinking of new ideas to keep my crafters interested. Very enjoyable though and we have lots of fun.
I am also an avid reader and of course my new blog, Sunshine Cards and Crafts, is keeping me out of mischief. I am looking forward to my new venture as Guest DT for CD Sunday and I hope you enjoy viewing my latest creations.
Please pop over to her blog which is Sunshine Cards and Craft to see what other delights she has on offer.
Also this week as it's the first weekend of the month we have a sponsor, we have been sponsored by this company before and it proved very popular so I'm sure it will be again, this week it's:
The ladies at Ooh La La have very kindly said that the winner this week will be able to choose any cd from their range, if you haven't heard of Ooh La La then you must go over to their site and have a look, they do some stunning cd's. The winner will be chosen by Random.org so you're all in with a chance so get creating, this week the topic is Faithful Friends, the team were given files from the cd of the same name and had fun choosing what to make, we'll start with Wynn and you will see what a great crafter she is.

We look forward to visiting your Blogs but in the meantime here is our usual little reminder......
Please link to your post and not your blog, I know we say this every week but we still have people who link to the blog which means we have to trawl through posts to find the entry at times. Please, please use something from a CD somewhere in the making of your project and give the CD credit. We still get the odd entry that has not had a CD used in the making and although they are lovely to see they won't be considered for receiving any prizes on offer and the team will not visit to comment.
Finally the most important bit - Have Fun!
Jenny xx
