NEWS, NEWS, NEWS
Good Morning everyone.
We have quite a lot to tell you so I will try to keep it as concise as possible.
This challenge is Challenge #17 and is our second prize challenge of the year. We have chosen a theme for this one - ‘Summer Holidays'.
But there will now be a significant difference to this, and all future challenges, because the team is taking this opportunity to tell you that they have decided that in order to move more with the times, we will have digital downloads, USBs and CDs as permitted source material. Therefore, from now on, we will be known as CD Sunday Plus.
As before, we will still need to know where the material used came from so please include this in your project description wherever possible.
Generally, we will continue with our ‘Anything Goes’ themes but sometimes we may throw in ‘something with a twist’ just to add some variety or celebrate an occasion.
Before we now show the teams ideas for the ‘Summer Holidays’ Challenge - here is Jane’s choice for Challenge #15. Sadly there were not enough entries to really choose a Top 3 - so Jane has chosen Kym’s card and says :
No: 2 Kym
I love the choice of images and the way they are all arranged - and the little heart charm is absolutely perfect with it. |
Here now are the cards for ‘Summer Holidays’ made by the team starting with Margaret:
If you don’t have a Blog you may still enter by sending your entry via email using the address shown in the right-hand sidebar or by posting a photo of your entry to the new Facebook page - The CD Sunday Plus Challenge.
Please add your photo as a reply to today’s current challenge announcement otherwise not all of the Design Team may be able to see it and… pretty please… remember to tell us which CD, USB or Digital you have used - and please remember that our Privacy Policy Statement is now in our Sidebar.
Have fun.
Carol and the CD Sunday Plus team.
Good morning. Thank you so much for Jane picking my card out. I love this CD and wish everyone could have a card from it!!! Looking forward to the new twist to the challenge blog. I love my CDs but haven't got any USBs yet but I do have lots of digital downloads including ones from CraftsUPrint so I hope this will be OK to include. Thanks again, Kym
ReplyDeleteHi Kym. Well done. I love Alice in Wonderland as well. Yes your digital downloads will be OK. Looking forward to seeing your future creations.

Great decision to include other sources of digital craft stash - I think this is where technology is leading now. I know the DT will continue to inspire us , whatever source they use.
ReplyDeleteThank you Marina for your words of encouragement and your compliment.

So pleased to read you've expanded the resources we can use, this will certainly be helpful to me with downloads and use being accepted. Thanks to the DT for the change and your continuing inspiration.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome Linby.
